Do you ship internationally? What additional charges apply for international orders?

Yes, we do ship internationally and are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. For international (outside Singapore) orders - VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for or included in the shipping cost and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible and have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

How long is the order processing time?

All orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase. We do not dispatch orders on Public Holidays or Weekends. For Domestic Orders within Singapore - We use Singpost's SmartPac option that comes with tracking feature and the package is dropped in your letterbox (no signature required for receiving). The shipping time is typically 2-5 business days. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. For International Orders outside of Singapore - Shipping time will be reflected during check-out and will depend upon the Shipping Destination and the Delivery Option (Cheapest / Value-for-Money / Fastest Delivery) that you have chosen during check-out. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal or Credit / Debit Cards only.

How will I know you have received my order?

On successful order completion you will receive an invoice email confirming your order.

How do I track my order once it is shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your parcel. To check on the status of your shipment just follow the instructions in the email.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

Can I add items to an existing order?

In order to add items you will have to place a new order.

Refund, Return, Exchange Policy

Before you seek Refund / Exchange please take a moment to understand that we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. We take extremely good care with packaging our products when shipping out an item. Prior to that, each piece of jewellery is checked by us to ensure that it is in good condition.  We have made efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products on this web store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate and colours may vary from screen to screen. We have also indicated the sizes and weights of the jewellery items wherever applicable. Should you still have any concerns or queries regarding the colour, size or weight of any piece, please do reach out to us via email on nayantarajewels@gmail.com or chat/message on (+65) 98127442 before making the final purchase. We will try our best to ensure timely responses. REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY: As a standard company policy we DO NOT issue refunds / exchanges with the exception of the cases stated below - Case 1*: In case of a manufacturing defect. Case 2*: In case we have processed your order incorrectly and shipped out the wrong item. *Applicable for a refund or exchange only if - a. the case has been notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of item. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first. You must email nayantarajewels@gmail.com or chat/message on (+65) 98127442 to notify us. b. sufficient proof has been submitted subject to approval. You are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to our discretion to decide whether product is approved for return on a case-by-case basis. c. products are returned within 7 days of receipt and received by us in exactly the way in which they were received i.e. unworn, not tampered with and in original packaging and accompanied with a copy of your invoice. We will arrange for a pick-up at a mutually agreed time. Once your return due to above circumstances is approved, we will exchange the items with free shipping or issue a refund. In event of Exchange - we will replace with the same design that was purchased earlier. Should another piece of the same design not be available with us we will check with you if you are okay to exchange with another item of the same or higher value (difference payable by you) or if you wish to get a refund. All custom duties/charges, if any, shall be borne by you. Exchange will only be done after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. In event of Refund - we will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges**. Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. **Shipping charges will be fully refunded only for single item purchase. In the event that multiple items were purchased and only a part of the order is being returned/exchanged, only the value of the item/s being returned/exchanged will be refunded and shipping charge refund will be considered on case-to-case basis or not refunded at all. NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: - Incorrect or outdated delivery address. - Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address. - Package refused by recipient. - Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. - Products returned in a used or damaged/tampered condition. - Minor colour and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and some use natural stones so there may be minor variation from the photographs on our website. - If there is no manufacturing defect.
