How do I care for my jewellery?
To avoid tarnishing, store all Nayantara Jewellery safely in a ZIP LOCK / SEAL bag. Always remember to seal the zip lock bag completely. Do not store the jewellery in a tissue paper or in leather or velvet pouches/boxes. All jewellery should be stored in a clean dry place, away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures. When dressing up, always wear the jewellery last to avoid any contact with cream, make-up, cosmetics, water, nail polish remover, hair spray and perfume. Always remember to remove all your jewellery before taking a shower or swimming or washing hands. Do not use any liquid cleaners, soap, detergent or toothpaste to clean Nayantara Jewellery. Make sure your jewellery is not in constant contact with hard or rough surfaces to avoid scratches.
May I see the jewellery before I buy?
We are primarily an online business, however you may contact us on +65 98127442 for appointments to view our collection in Singapore. We also do retail at various pop ups and fairs within Singapore. Do keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook Pages for the upcoming events.
I have a question about an item I want to buy online
We have tried our best to mention all Material, Size, Colour and Weight related details for each individual piece, wherever applicable. I need some specific products or want to place bulk/gift orders, whom do I contact?
We do not undertake any customizations on our jewellery. However, should you have any specific colour or specific size requests for a particular design on our website, please contact us via email on nayantarajewels@gmail.com or via chat on +65 98127442. Please include the actual product image or title in your email/message along with the request. For Bulk / Gift orders we will assist you with quotes and information based on your specifications. Can I re-order an item that is sold out on the website?
Please contact us via email on nayantarajewels@gmail.com or via chat on +65 98127442. Please include the actual product image or title in your email/message along with the order request. We will check and notify if the same piece can be arranged for.
Does the jewellery look the same as in the photos?
Yes, we try our very best to make sure that our photos are real representations of the jewellery itself. We shoot our products in natural light, so that the colours in the photographs are as real as is possible to the actual piece of jewellery itself. However, we cannot guarantee the colour accuracy of your device screen as screen resolutions of different electronic devices vary. In instances where natural stones are used and we have multiple pieces of the same design in stock, it is possible that the shape, size and colour of the actual piece may vary from the photo on the website. However these variations are expected to be only minor owing to the natural character of the stones used. We encourage you to embrace the subtle nuances of the variations that may occur. Products may also appear smaller or larger than the actual in the photos displayed on the website. To address this issue, we have provided detailed measurements of each piece so as to allow you to gauge and know the actual size of the piece.
What size should I choose?
Most rings and bangles are sold by standard sizes. Currently all the Rings we have are adjustable ones and suitable to fit all sizes. For Bangles, both Standard Sizes and Actual Dimensions are detailed out by us for each piece. If you are not sure of the Standard Size you generally wear, it would be best to measure the inside diameter of any well-fitting bangle you already have and compare with corresponding measurement provided by us on each product page. For Bracelets, both Actual Dimensions and Standard Size Suitability details are provided for each piece.Unlike bangles (which are circular in shape), bracelets are generally oval in shape and the oval ones do not come in standard sizes. Hence, Standard Size Suitability details provided for each piece are just broad indicators. Again, it would be best to measure the inside diameter (both long and short diameter for oval shaped ones) of the bracelet you already have and compare with Actual Dimensions provided by us on each product page. If you don't have a reference bangle/bracelet for comparison, please refer to the detailed Size Guide (table and illustrations) below, for determining if a particular bangle/bracelet in our collection is the right match for your size. We have also provided the actual dimensions of other products - Earrings & Sets/Neckpieces for you to compare with your own body measurements.

1. Table below indicates Standard Sizes of Bangles with the equivalent Diameter and Circumference measurements. It will help you determine your Standard Bangle Size. 2. Illustrations below will help you determine whether a particular bangle/bracelet from our collection is the right match for your size. - Follow Method A if you already HAVE a reference well-fitting bangle/bracelet. - Follow Method B if you DON'T HAVE a well-fitting reference bangle/bracelet. - Follow the right method and illustration depending on the type of bangle/bracelet you are looking to purchase - E.g. slip-on bangle or openable bangle or circular bracelet or oval bracelet or loose bracelet, etc.
